Instructions
1: Clean and gut an entire white bass fish. Add slits on both sides of the fish. Add sliced green onion between slits. 2: Preheat your oven to 350°F. 3: In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the stuffing. Mix well. 4: Add stuffing to the belly of the fish. 5: Wrap the stuffed fish in aluminum foil. 6: Lay wrapped fish on a baking tray. 7: Bake the fish for 1 hour. 8: Unwrap the fish and serve with a side of fresh herbs, spring roll wrappers, and Sweet Fish Sauce.View original recipe
